The more you know about your pregnancy and your options, the more you are likely to feel in control. The information given here is based on The Pregnancy Book, which your midwife should give you at your first appointment. 

 

Before you are pregnant

Pregnancy self referral link 

If you have found out you are pregnant, please use the link below for your maternity referral: 
Maternity self-referral form (ekhuft.nhs.uk)

Once the hospital has received your form, a midwife will contact you within 2 weeks to arrange an appointment to complete your booking interview.
