How to Access your GP
The way people can access their GP practice has changed to ensure patients get the best possible care safely and quickly. We ask that patients only attend the practice when they need to, in order to keep other patients and staff safe from coronavirus.
Adapting to coronavirus means the practice staff will consider how best to help you, this could mean you receive advice via an online message, over the phone, video consultation or if clinically appropriate through face-to-face care.
The video explains how patients can access the surgery, including how to get in contact, the different ways care may be delivered and how face-to-face appointments have changed. This is to ensure that our patients receive the care they need as safely as possible.
