Repeat Prescriptions
If your long-term medication is on repeat prescription you will have a repeat card for re-ordering. This should be delivered to the surgery with the required items clearly marked.
Alternatively you can order online by following the link at the top of this page and completing a simple registration.
We cannot accept requests on the telephone
Dispensing
For Bridge Health Centre, London Road Surgery and Cossington House patients, dispensing facilities are available at any local Pharmacy, some of which offer a delivery service.
Littlebourne Surgery patients living more than 1.6 km from a chemist can be supplied with medication direct from littlebourne dispensary. For more information on this service, please click here.
Collection by a Pharmacy
Please ensure you state the name and address of the chemist that you wish your prescription to be sent to if the pharmacy does not collect from the surgery please send a stamped addressed envelope with your request. With prior consent we can send your prescription to your desired pharmacy electronically. For more information on this service please click here.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
At our Littlebourne Surgery the dispensers offer a Use of Medicines review, please speak to a dispenser or book an appointment with reception. This will be in addition to a medication review with the Doctor.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
